Thank you so much for sharing these suggestions. My Schererville dentist has given me similar tips in the past, and I've noticed that my teeth have become a lot more healthy and less sensitive to cold.

Healthy eating is very much essential for maintaining good oral health. I have been suffering from tooth decay since last couple of years. Last month when I went to a pueblo dental clinic for my dental treatment my dentist asked me not to consume food that is high in sugar and very sticky. He told me that this type of food can cause cavities. He also asked me not to consume foods that are high in acid. This type of food can cause erosion of tooth enamel. Therefore good food habits are essential for good oral health.

Poor oral hygiene leads to bad breath because when food particles are left in your mouth, they can rot and start to smell. The food bits may begin to collect bacteria, which can be smelly, too. Click here to read more about Stop gum disease
