Mint leaves quite widely known because the plant is widely used to add flavor menthol in confectionery products, food, cosmetics, toothpaste, to drugs. Flavor menthol in mint turned out to contain a series of benefits that are good for health.

Just made a batch of fresh mint tea picked from the neighborhood garden. Available now at Broadway Bistro Cafe Carrollton Texas.
It's wonderful that mint is a perrenial and really spreads out. I boil a pot of water in the morning and add a bunch of fresh mint leaves and drink it throughout the day. Today, for one of my clients I made a wonderful salad: leftover chicken from a baked chicken cut in pieces, skin removed, 1 peeeled fresh cucumber and a comination of fresh mint leaves, chives, basil and parsley, fresh squeezed lemon and a little olive oil.
