Sport is an activity that includes physical activity and mental activity. This activity should help improve a person's health status, but there are some things to consider before doing exercise especially in terms of health. Ignoring preparation before exercise may reduce its function, and can even be fatal harm.

Before doing exercise routines, one can consult a doctor about the health status being felt today.
